PSPF commemorates Africa Public Service Day

The Public Service Pensions Fund joined other government Institutions and Ministries in commemorating Africa Public Service Day on 23 rd June, 2023 under the theme “The Continental Free Trade Area (AFCTA) will require a fit for purpose African Public Administration to succeed". The Africa Public Service Day which is preceded by two days of exhibitions is used by
the Public and Civil Service to showcase and reward good initiatives and achievements in the public sector. This platform equally provide an invaluable opportunity for public servants to promote values such as professionalism, accountability, responsiveness, ethics and performance in the delivery of public service. In Lusaka, the event which took place at Arcades’ shopping Center were graced by Republican Vice President Mrs. Mutale WK Nalumango who was represented by Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Honourable Chipoka Mulenga MP. Others in attendance were Secretary to the Cabinet Mr Patrick Kangwa, Permanent Secretaries from various Ministries and many other senior government officials.
PSPF used the commemoration to showcase its products and services such as the Home Ownership Scheme, the Micro-Finance loan and the newly introduced Agro- Equipment loan.
And speaking when he toured the PSPF stand, Minister Chipoka Mulenga who was accompanied by Secretary to the Cabinet Mr. Patrick Kangwa and other senior government officials hailed the institution as critical to the delivery of quality service to the Zambia people by the government.
